Hi warriors, today in this course, we have Mr Eldarius Yong from Ting & Yong. Before we go further, here are a few briefs about Ting & Yong. Ting & Yong is a registered law firm with the Bar Council of Malaysia, a professional body that regulates the profession of lawyers in Peninsular Malaysia. To be eligible for the bar admission, Ting & Yong law firm and its lawyers have satisfied all the academic, practical, and formal requirements under the Legal Profession Act 1976, which consolidates the law relating to Malaysia’s legal profession. And currently, they also run projects currently they’re running a residential project in Seremban.
